What is included with each nail set?
Each set includes 10 reusable press-on nails and an application kit with nail glue, adhesive tabs, a mini nail file, a wooden cuticle stick, and an alcohol prep pad.
Which sizes are available?
POOJI press-on nails are available in S, M, and L. Measure the widest curved part of each natural nail in millimetres and compare it with the POOJI size guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size and gently file the sidewalls for a custom fit.
How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, lifestyle, and adhesive choice. Nail glue generally provides longer wear, while adhesive tabs are better for short-term or occasion wear.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. With careful removal and cleaning, POOJI press-on nails can be reused. Avoid pulling or forcing them off, as this may damage both the press-on nails and your natural nails.
Where does POOJI ship and how much is shipping?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is US$4.99, and orders of US$25 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days and most arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. Email hello@pooji.us with your order number. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact hello@pooji.us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I return my order?
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please read our Return Policy for full details.
